  1. Terms: 
    1. Our service are bound to be intellectual property in which we utilize to fulfill your Business.
    2. We offer our services and do not finance the car ourselves but rather through the dealership.
      1. REFUND POLICY
        1. REFUND policy only applies to those who are requested to pay a deposit.
        2. IF we charge you a deposit prior to making a deal, We will issue a refund in the form of payment in which the deposit was paid for.
        3. We have no control of the deal and many factors can control the outcome.
        4. Most cases we don’t charge you the fee until deal is completed in which case there would be no refund since services are fulfilled.
        5. ONCE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED FOR THE VEHICLE OUR SERVICES WILL COUNT AS COMPLETED AND NO REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN AFTER THAT POINT IN TIME.
      2. CONCIERGE
        1. Concierge act as an auto broker for your new/used car and will help you through all aspects of the transaction.
        2. They work with multiple dealerships in your behalf in order to avoid wasting many hours typically spent negotiating prices and financing.
        3. Concierge may also transport you to the dealership if you do not have a “trade-in”.
        4. Concierge have a network of fleet managers in all Makes and can get you the lowest price.
    3. This agreement is Null and Void IF any of OUR Consultants feel Harassed or in any Danger by YOU or your affiliates.
      1. IF Agreement is Voided YOU will not receive any REFUND.
        1. We will exercise the FULL extend of the LAW in these circumstances.
  2. Consultant (“WE”): WE are contracted by YOU and not the Dealership.
    1. Once we are in partnership with YOU the consumer, YOU will be our (100)% benefactor throughout the whole “DEAL”
    2. Except as required by law: (i) WE retain sole and absolute discretion and judgement in any methods, techniques and procedures to be used in soliciting and obtaining sales, exchanges, leases, or other transactions within our business.(ii) WE shall not be liable for any obligation or liability incurred by present dealership for “Deal”. (iii) WE only accept remuneration from YOU specified under paragraph (1) article (1).
      1. Once we are “hired” by YOU as your CONSULTANT, it is YOUr obligation to give us a (48)hour notice to schedule a “Deal”.
      2. WE will schedule you accordingly within (7)days as soon as permissible.
      3. There is absolutely no Guarantee on how fast we can schedule YOU in.
    3. YOU shall not restrict US (“WE”) to particular geographical areas, or (i) dictate activities with regard to hours, leads, schedule, inventory, time off, vacation, or similar activities, except to the extent required by law.
    4. WE are not liable or responsible for ANY issues with any vehicle.
      1. Any defects and/or warranty needs to be handled by the dealership where YOU sign for.
      2. We cannot issue a refund or pay for any damages, you must contact the dealer where you purchased/leased your car from to get the car fixed or repaired.
      3. WE will recommend Extended Warranty , but it is not obligatory or required.
    5. WE have no responsibility on the results of any deal if you wish to negotiate on your own behalf.
      1. We have no control of your credit outcome or deal outcome
      2. All Results are approximate and NOT guaranteed.
      3. WE are not liable for any bank rejection or inventory discrepancy.
        1. If you get a loan rejected and had to return your car we can assist you in getting a different vehicle without charge, however, we will NOT REFUND you any money since you have fulfilled first part of our deal.
    6. WE cannot make any decision for YOU thus any questions prior to signing the “Contract” for YOUr Vehicle must be addressed prior to walking into finance.
  3. Transportation: WE will be glad to take you from your preferred location to the dealership with the best “deal”.
    1. WE are fully covered via AUTO insurance.
    2. YOUr safety is OUR number one priority.
    3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE are WE responsible or liable for any personal injury , Physically and/or emotionally due to the fault of our OWN(“WE”) or the fault of anyone else during the period we are assisting you with OUR(“WE”) Services.
    4. It is YOUr obligation to Notify us of anything necessary to keep your health stable and in Order.
  4. Payment Methods:
    1. WE accept CASH or CHECKS at NO additional cost to YOU.
    2. Credit Cards are also accepted with a (3)% processing fee UNLESS it is an invoice payment in which you will not be charged anything extra.
    3. Bounce Checks will be Charged an $(50) FEE.
      1. WE will work with YOU to make any arrangements to assist you in Payment.
      2. It is YOUr responsibility to give us enough time to make payment arrangements in which the final decision is Totally under OUR discretion.
